Refund Policy

Free trial first

Label Master offers a full-featured 14-day free trial for every workspace. No payment method is required to try the Service, so you can evaluate it thoroughly before paying.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period — you keep full access until then, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

Monthly plans: because every account includes a 14-day free trial, monthly subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review it.

Annual plans: if you cancel an annual plan within 30 days of the initial purchase, you may request a full refund. After 30 days, annual payments are non-refundable but you keep access until the end of the paid year.

Where a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method through our payment provider, Paddle.

Service issues

If a material service outage or defect on our side prevented you from using the Service for an extended period, contact us — we will make it right, which may include account credit or a partial refund.

How to request a refund

Email contact@labelmaster.site from the email address on your account, including your workspace name and the charge date. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
